3 lb Roasted Green Chilies (deskinned, deseeded, & destemed)
Brewer's Specifics: Mash grains at 122 F for 30 min, raised temp to 150 F
for4 0 min. Sparge and collect 10 gallons in brew pot. Commence boil and add
boiling hops. 15 min before end of boil add Irish moss. Chill to pitching
temp. Add yeast and 1.5 lb of green chili per 5 gallons of wort. Ferment
for 7 days, rack into secondary, leave chilies and yeast behind. Bottle or Keg
when happy.
