PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AS
WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOU.
SHIPMENT OF YOUR PRODUCTS
SHIPMENT & OWNERSHIP: Listermann.com will arrange shipping of the Product to your address. Ownership of the Product
passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.The costs of shipping and
handling will be shown on your purchase receipt or invoice. Listermann.com will inform you of estimated shipment dates,
but it will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials,
labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of God. Shipments weighing less than 2 pounds and those those sent outside
the lower 48 will be sent Priority Mail. Orders for instock items placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped the same day.
Outside the State of Ohio, allow 2 to 9 working days for delivery. If you wish to have a premium service (overnight,
second day, 3 day, FedEx, RPS or DHL) you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the costs of the premium service.
No COD orders. We only charge for shipping cost only - no handling charges.
APO/FPO ADDRESSES: Military addresses have US Post Office restrictions, plus the occassional country restriction. Generally we can send
anything that isn't hazardous.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK: Any product that is currently out-of-stock will have a message indicating that it is out-of-stock.
Although we do not have an absolute guarantee that every product you order will be in stock we will make every effort to flag the
ones that are not. If however you order an out-of-stock item, regardless if it has been flagged or not, we will ship the portion
of your order that is in stock and bill your credit card for that amount. You will be notified of the status of the out-of-stock
item when you receive your order. When the out-of-stock item becomes available we will bill your credit card for the cost of the item
plus shipping. You may cancel a backorder at anytime as long as the shipping process has not begun. If you ever have a question about
the stock status of any of our items, please call our customer service for the fastest service at 1-513-731-1130 or e-mail us at

We will E-mail you with the following options:
A. Hold the order until the out of stock item is recieved.
B. Ship the items in stock and delete the out of stock item.
C. Substitute the out of stock item if possible.
D. Ship the in stock items and backorder the out of stock item.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
PRICE & PAYMENT: Your total price for the Product ordered will be stated on your purchase receipt or invoice.
Prices and configurations advertised are subject to change without notice or obligation prior to acceptance of your order.
Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling, or applicable sales taxes, and these will be added to the price
you pay. Any existing or new taxes or fees charged by any governmental authority will be added to your purchase receipt or
invoice. Whenever possible we publish our prices and make it easy for you to purchase from us using our online shopping.

of any product, is subject to change without notice. More Listermann Manufacturing Co. intends to update information and
data listed on the site where appropriate but shall not be liable for any inaccuracies.
GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
INSPECTION OF PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT: You must examine the Product(s) upon receipt. If any item is damaged or missing, you
must notify Listermann.com at once. Listermann.com will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than
fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Listermann.com offers a limited money back guarantee for seven (7) days on unopened products only. Sales on opened or
used products are final. TO RECEIVE A REFUND UNDER THE LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, YOU MUST NOTIFY LISTERMANN.COM OF YOUR
DESIRE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND ACCESSORIES WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS, FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT. YOU MUST
ALSO RETURN THE PRODUCT AS PACKAGED TO LISTERMANN.COM's DESIGNATED ADDRESS WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE A RETURN
MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION ("RMA") NUMBER.
LISTERMANN.COM will refund the original purchase price of the Product and applicable sales taxes. SHIPPING, HANDLING,
INSURANCE FEES, AND FEES FOR SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN PERFORMED (INCLUDING APPLICABLE SALES TAXES) THAT YOU PAID WHEN
YOU BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT AND ACCESSORIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
The returned Product(s) must be in the same condition as you received them.
If you are expecting a refund, please allow a reasonable period of time for the Product and/or Accessories to arrive at
Listermann.com. Listermann.com will inspect the Product(s) and, after they are accepted, process your refund within seven
(7) business days. Listermann.com will notify you if your Product(s) are not accepted.
THE LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS NOT A WARRANTY. LISTERMANN.COM MAY CHANGE OR CANCEL IT AT ANY TIME BEFORE ACCEPTING
YOUR ORDER.
To International Clients:
The limited money back guarantee for international
clients is the same as for clients within the United

wish to exercise the limited money back guarantee. In all cases,
Listermann.com will not be responsible for any shipping and handling charges to and from Listermann.com, or paying or
refunding customs fees, taxes, or VAT that may be due.
